- The AE (Account Executive) and SE (Solutions Engineer) continue to work with you to
size up the project as you compile a "wish list" that answers the questions in Step 1.
- Other tools include optional user interviews and web analytics to study your current website/app for bounce rates, access (who, where, and what devices), etc.
- Once a consensus is reached on the best overall approach, you are presented with a proposal that spells out a step-by-step plan, detailing who does what along with an estimate of the associated costs.
- If necessary to meet a budget schedule, they will work with you to roll out your wish list in phases. By addressing your highest priorities first, your initial paybacks help fund the further improvements.
